How does pre-order work?

We'll admit it - Sometimes we underestimate how obsessed you guys are with your Foozies!

Favorite color or style sold out? Not to worry! We always have more stock on the way and you can pre-order your Foozies before they arrive. That way, you can always make sure you get the color or style you want!

We'll tell you when your order is expected to ship and will keep you updated every step of the way.

When will my order arrive?

You've ordered your first pair of Foozies - congrats! You've made one of the best purchases of your life.

Once you've placed your order, your Foozies will begin their descent from the fluffy clouds of feet heaven and our team will pack them full with love. Please note it can take up to 72 hours for our team to pack your order (Express orders are shipped within 24 hours). If you've pre-ordered your Foozies, we'll pack your order as soon as stock arrives.

Shipping times depend on your location, but you should have your feet snuggled in your Foozies within the following times*:

  • USA: 3-7 business days
  • Australia: 2-7 business days
  • New Zealand: 4-7 business days
  • Canada: 2-7 business days
  • UK: 2 business days
  • EU: 2-7 business days

You will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email so you can follow your Foozies to your door.

How much does shipping cost?

If your order is over $30 USD, then you'll pay absolutely nothing! Zero, nada, zilch. All orders over $30 USD include FREE shipping.

For orders under this amount, we charge the following shipping fees based on your location (prices in local currency):

  • USA: $5 under $30
  • Australia: $9 under $45
  • New Zealand: $14 under $60
  • Canada: $9 under $40
  • UK: £5 under £30
  • EU: €7 under €50
How does your 2-day express shipping work? (USA Only)

Due to carrier limitations, the following destinations are not eligible for 2-day express shipping:

*Note: Orders placed before 11:30 am Eastern Time (ET) will be delivered within 2 business days. Orders that are placed after 11:30 am Eastern Time (ET) will be fulfilled by the next day and delivered within 2 business days after the order is fulfilled.

How does your next-day express shipping work? (UK Only)

Have a cold feet emergency and need your Foozies ASAP? We've got you! Select next-day express shipping at checkout and snuggle your feet in a toasty warm cloud the next day*.

*Note: All next-day express orders are sent via Royal Mail. Orders placed before 1:30 pm (GMT/BST) will be delivered within 1 business day. Orders that are placed after 1:30 pm (GMT/BST) will be fulfilled by the next business day and delivered within 1 business day after the order is fulfilled.

How do I track my order?

It's time to pop open the champagne - your Foozies are on the way! After your order is sent out, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which includes a tracking link. You can then follow your Foozies' journey straight to your door!

What is Covered Shipping?

We're all human - sometimes mistakes happen! In the event that something happens to your order during delivery (such as being lost or stolen), we can follow up with the courier to find out what happened. If you purchased Covered Shipping, we will send you a replacement straight away if your Foozies are lost or stolen. If you did not purchase Covered Shipping, we cannot guarantee a replacement for lost, stolen, or damaged Foozies.

My order still hasn't been delivered. Is it lost?

Think your package might be lost? Sometimes couriers make mistakes and shipping may take longer than usual. Please check the tracking information to see if it says "delayed delivery".

If your Foozies still haven't been delivered within 15 business days, please contact us so we can launch an investigation with the courier.

My order is shown as delivered, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, please get in touch with your order number.

Can I change my shipping address?

D'oh! Don't worry, we've all done it before. Are your Foozies going to the wrong address?

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address for you, but we cannot guarantee that the change will be made before the order is shipped out.

Note: Remember to double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as we can only send it to the address provided. If you entered the wrong address and the package was delivered, we unfortunately can't retrieve it.

My order can't be shipped to my address?

If you're having trouble checking out and your shipping address isn't accepted, please double check that you've entered the correct country! We currently offer shipping to the following regions:

If your shipping address is still not accepted, then we may have sold out of a certain color or style of Foozie in your country. But don't worry! We restock regularly, so you can pre-order your favorite style. Otherwise, keep an eye out for when new stock is available!

The Foozie is a one size fits most pair of slipper socks. With a tall sock design for complete foot and ankle warmth, it's the perfect fit for most adults and children.

The Foozie is currently available in 3 different sizes - If you're in between sizes, go up one size!

    How do I take care of my Foozies?

    We know the feeling all too well - You've been wearing your Foozies all day and night for weeks! Here's how to keep them fluffy and soft just like new:

    • Wash your Foozies in cold water, by hand or machine
    • If you're using a machine, use a gentle cycle
    • Only use mild detergents (good for wool/silk)
    • Do not mix them with other colors
    • Do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean

    However, if you really want to keep your Foozies as soft as a cloud and fluffy for as long as possible, we suggest hand washing them in cold water.

    What is a TOG rating?

    TOG is a scientific measure of the thermal insulation of warmth provided by a material. In plain English, it's like the warm-o-meter for your Foozies - the higher the TOG rating, the warmer your feet will be!

    So, what's the Foozie's TOG rating? A toasty 4.5 - 10x warmer than regular cotton socks!

    Is the Foozie vegan?

    The Foozie is 100% vegan and cruelty-free! Just like you, we believe in treating all our furry friends with kindness. All Foozies are made with vegan sherpa-fleece and flannel-fleece, so you can rest easy knowing no sheep were harmed to keep you cozy!

    What are the Foozies made from?

    All our Foozies are crafted from the softest and fluffiest materials known to mankind! We use a premium sherpa fleece lining on the inside and cozy flannel fleece on the outside. These materials were carefully selected, so you can snuggle you feet in a toasty warm cloud without any sheep getting hurt in the process. All vegan and cruelty-free!

    How warm is the Foozie?

    Here at The Foozie, we take warm feet seriously! That's why the Foozie has been carefully designed to offer complete warmth and insulation. Rated 4.5 TOG, the Foozie is 10x warmer than regular cotton socks (and 10x thicker!).

    So whether you're braving icy winters or lounging by the fireplace, your feet will always be warm, fuzzy, and most importantly, happy!

    Can I send the Foozie as a gift?

    Want to surprise a loved on with the gift of comfort? The Foozie makes the perfect gift!

    During checkout, simply enter their shipping address as the delivery address, and yours as the billing address. And don't worry, we won't spoil the surprise by including any pricing or receipts in the package - all receipts will be emailed to you.

    Want to make it extra special? You can select the Gift Note option on the cart page to include a special message for your Foozie friend!

    Can I find the Foozie in stores?

    No, our Foozies can only be found on our online store. Not to worry - we have multiple warehouses around the world to bring them straight to you in a matter of days!

    I can't add a product to my cart?

    If you're having trouble adding a certain color or style of Foozie to your cart, it may have sold out. But don't worry! We restock regularly, so you can pre-order your favorite style. Otherwise, keep an eye out for when new stock is available!

    Returns & Exchanges

    What is your returns policy?

    We have a no-nonsense refund policy so you can take out the guesswork!

    We are extremely confident that you will love The Foozie. However, if you do not find The Foozie suitable for you we do offer a 30-day refund policy. Instead of returning your Foozies, you can contact us up to 30 days after receiving your purchase for a full refund. It's really that simple.

    All you have to do is tell us what went wrong, send along a photo, and we'll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your Foozies to a local charity or recycle them.

    Note: For larger orders, we may require you to return your Foozies to be eligible for a refund. Items to be returned must be in their original packaging and original unused condition. We will provide you with a free return shipping label to get your Foozies back to us - which means no expenses at the post office!

    How long do I have to return my Foozies?

    We know that life sometimes gets in the way, which is why we offer a 30-day return period. We want to make sure you're happy with your Foozies!

    Can I exchange my Foozies?

    Ordered the wrong size or prefer another color? We've got you covered! Drop us a line at support@thefoozie.co within 30 days and our friendly support team will provide you with a postage-paid return label*. Once we've got your Foozies back, we can exchange them for your desired pair.

    *Please note: Your Foozies must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for an exchange or return.

    Do I need to pay for return shipping?

    Definitely not! We'll cover the return shipping fees for all eligible returns. Just send our friendly support team an email at support@thefoozie.co within 30 days and we'll provide you with a postage-paid return label*.

    *Please note: Your Foozies must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for an exchange or return.

    How long until I get my refund?

    We're sorry things didn't work out! Once we process your refund, you'll get an email confirmation in your inbox. It might take a few days for the money to show up in your account, depending on how you paid and your bank's policies. Usually, it takes around 5 business days.

    What are your payment options?

    Good news! We accept a variety of payment options. You can use your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay), as well as PayPal or debit card. If you prefer a digital wallet, you can use Google Pay, Apple Pay or Shop Pay.

    Afterpay and Klarna are also available - so you can get cozy with your Foozies now and pay later!

    How secure is your payment process?

    We've got your back when it comes to payment security. We use Shopify Payments, a secure and highly encrypted payment system that keeps your information safe. Plus, we comply with all industry standards to make sure your data is protected.

    How can I use a discount code?

    Score! Your favorite Foozies are on sale! Using a discount is super easy. Just head to the checkout page, and on the first page you will see a box where you can enter your code and click the 'Apply' button. The discount will be applied before payment so you can see exactly how much you've saved.

    Keep in mind: Only one discount code can be used per order. Please check our emails carefully for discount code terms and conditions.

    What currency is the store in?

    When you visit our online store, a pop-up will let you view our products in your local currency. You can also change the currency later on by scrolling down to the bottom of the page, where you'll find the currency selector.

    We get it - life happens! Please contact us right away and we'll do our best to make the changes you need. If your Foozies have already been shipped out, you'll need to follow our returns process.

    Just a heads up, as we strive to get your order to you as soon as possible, sometimes orders may already be processed before we have a chance to make any changes. We cannot guarantee any changes or cancellation, so please double check your order before you place it to avoid any issues.
